Description |
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure a qualified Contractor to establish a two-year contract, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms to provide project management and technical oversight services for the County’s Jail Security Electronics Project. This project involves significant upgrades to the Jail’s Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), intercom systems, and Bosch video systems across multiple campuses. The Contractor will act independently on behalf of the County to ensure that all system design, implementation, integration, and testing activities meet County requirements, technical standards, and operational objectives. The selected Contractor will support the County in monitoring vendor performance, validating technical accuracy, identifying risks, and ensuring that the final delivered systems are secure, fully functional, and compliant with County policy.
