San José State University (SJSU), through its Office of the Registrar, invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for Academic Transcript Production, Digital Credentialing, and Related Fulfillment Services.
The selected vendor will provide secure, reliable, and scalable solutions to support the end-to-end requesting, processing, fulfillment, and delivery of official academic transcripts and digital credentials. Services must meet the operational needs of a large public university while ensuring data security, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Proposers must demonstrate direct experience delivering transcript and credentialing services within a higher education environment and must meet or exceed all requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All services must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and University policies.
SJSU anticipates awarding a five (5)-year contract to the responsive and responsible proposer whose submission best meets the University’s requirements.
